OOC: Yay! *high fives*

You meant Delira and Ithil for the two elves, right?
BIC: The night passed by, and dawn broke through the mountains in the west. Ninglor, hooded and cloaked, stood upon a small hillock, welcoming the day. The birds above her in the trees were singing, and Middle Earth came to life as Arien sailed the fruit of Laurelin above her. She thought to herself, "A new day; a new beginning." She didn't know what it was in the air that made her feel courageous; that made her believe that something that she had been waiting for was definitely on its way today.

A cry from the air alerted her, and she looked up. A golden eagle circled the air before landing on an oak tree above her.

"Qwairochon," said Ninglor with a smile. "What news, my friend?" The eagle screeched. "What is it? Tracks? Where? Show me, Qwairochon, quickly!"

Qwairochon spread otu his great wings and flew to the banks of a nearby stream. Ninglor followed him, and examined them.

"These aren't Orc tracks," she sighed with relief. "They are horses tracks. In fact there are two. ... They went west. They're heading for Imladris. And these are elven horses' tracks ... elves too!" She smiled, then a frown appeared on her face. "Hold on. This is fresh footprint; elf too. I wonder what wild goose chase this is! But I suppose I'd better follow them. Qwairochon!" The eagle cocked his head at her. "Fly onwards and see where they have gone!"

It obeyed immediately with another loud screech. Ninglor soon found herself running and following the continuing tracks. When the day reached its end, she saw that she had reached some plains. It was an open area, and the red sunrays of the settign sun fell upon it. How beautiful! It made her want to sing and dance, but she held to her purpose. Her keen eyes searched for the people who made the tracks. Ah! There they were! Two young elf-maidens were sitting around a fire, obviously lost in their own worlds. That was two. Where was the other?

Ah! There he was! .... At least it looked like a he. And the robes he donned was of a Spider Catcher's. He was of Mirkwood? thought Ninglor. I just hope he's not one of my father's friends. ... She crept up upon the Mirkwood spidercatcher, her hand at her bow in case he was an enemy. She went up behind him, and aimed an arrow at him.

"Why do you spy upon them?" she asked.

An elven maid there was of old
A shining star by day
Her mantle white was hemmed with gold
Her shoes of silver grey.

A star was bound upon her brows
A light was on her hair
As sun upon the golden boughs

Silvanael turned around quickly.
"Eh? What? Oh, er, hello there....i'm not a spy..." she stuttered, "I was merely....observing them. So could we put down that bow, please?"

"You are ... an elf-maid!" cried Ninglor, lowering her bow in surprise. "May I ask why you walk around disguised as a spider catcher?"

"I AM a Spider-Trapper," Silvanael cried indignantly, "at least, my father and brother are...And i'm not in disguise, this is my chosen traveling garb. Plenty of other elves wander far and wide without explanation and are never questioned, especially by their own kind. You haven't told me your name yet. You're not from Mirkwood, you speak the high tongue of the Noldor. You must hail from the West. Rivendell...or farther.

"I apologize for my quick tongue," said Ninglor, smiling a bit. "I am called Ninglor, of the House of Calafalas. I have been to Mirkwood; I have lived there, but ever since my father passed away I have been travelling. I have been to Imladris, Lothlorien, but not Valinor ... yet." She laughed, and put away her bow. "We have been whispering too long. Shall we go introduce ourselves to the two maidens there? They have probably heard your loud breathing." She smiled wryly, and turned away.

"I'm game if you are." spake Silvanael, getting up from her crouched position. She adjusted her hood, and made her way over to the two elf maids by the fire.

(OOC: hey sorry guys had some comp issues then got a little busy. Welcome Nimrodel and Mírwen Lindorië.)
BIC: Delira sat studying Ithil for a moment before speaking. " To be quite honest with you, I believe you control your own destiny. If you wish to end up at Valinor then you shall. I do not believe I will. I shall probably spend my life traveling these lands."

OOC: Thanks, and welcome back to you.
BIC: Ninglor raised her eyebrows, laughed, and followed Silvanael out of the woody area.

"We are friends!" cried Ninglor, and stepped forward. "I am called Ninglor. Mae govannen."
