I voted for Merry. I'm just like him. Whooo!! Anyway, that and because Merry had no votes. My poor Merry. Besides, he's funny, but serious. His little speeches in Two Towers and RotK had me totally awed. =)

Out of all on this list I picked Arwen Undomiel, the evenstar.The reason I pick her is that I just love elves,but I did like other characters....like shieldmaiden,she was brave.

I picked Merry, because of all the characters listed, he's my favorite. My actual fav character is Elrond, followed by Merry and Galadriel, then Eowyn, Aragorn, and Legolas. And I am happy to report that I have not a crush on either character or actor of any male beings in the movies! ;D

I voted for my beloved Arwen Undomiel, the fairest of all elf-madens! Although she did not have a large role in the books, she still took my heart.

I like Frodo the best, though Arwen is the hottest.
Frodo was very self-sacrificial, and I love how he gives up his peaceful life so that others don't have to.

I voted for the lovely shieldmaiden of Rohan. Since this is a movie discussion I just have to go with Miranda Otto over the rest. She simply took my breath away with her reaction to the news that Aragorn had fell as delivered by Gimli son of Gloin. Plus I have always favored strong woman characters. - M

She's hardly in the book though, except for the appendixes (which are lovely though). I love Liv Tyler though. She's wonderful as Arwen.

Haha wow Eowyn's in the lead? Yay! I liked her. Aragorn and Arwen are okay, but i'm normally a nonconformist and since they are the couple that are shipped the most of course I have to ship Eowyn and Aragorn by defalt but I think Eowyn/Faramir is so sweet. <3 Anyway, so Eowyn is my fav girl character.
