"Oh no, what did you do to him in the past." Nae-eriol took her foot off and neeled down. She studied the weird tatoo, but it wasn't familiar, "Amaya, we have to move and soon. We'll take him prisoner." she whispered an elvish spell in his ear and it would make him fall to sleep in five minutes, "If you want to say anything make it quick. You have five minutes and then your done till I want you back."

"She said softly,He glared at her and solemly nodded..She looked down then back up him and slowly stood waiting until Nae-eriol was gone..She looked to him "Go and i wont keep you unless you promise not to follow.." He leered at her as if he couldnt beleive her....she smiled faintly and turnd and walked off leaving him there gawking at her.

Before Nae-eriol left she took off the spell then waited for Amaya, "You did the right thing." she smiled. She then whistled for her horse.

Amaya waved her hand "I figure i should give him some slack." She whispered softly walking to her horse and stroking his muzzle..she wanted to take a rest from being the blood thirsty animal people always thought she was.

"What took you two so long?" Silvamore asked, "we heard sounds of a fight." she looked keenly at Amaya. "Did you kill anyone?" she murmered.

Jaimes was also looking worriedly at Amaya. Then he shook his head. She didn't look like she'd just killed someone. Jaimes had seen people like that, when they killed, they got into a frenzy and it showed in their eyes. Amaya was angry and confused, but she hadn't killed anyone.

Nae-eriol shook her head, "No. She didn't. She let him free! Nothing of the sort at all. There was a little fight but no killing. Remeber. No killing unless necessary." she walked over to her horse and summoned for Jaimes to get on. "We leave now and we don't stop for awhile. Not so fast as before. The horses have to be strong through our whole journey."

By the time the sun came up, Nae-eriol was completely bored with the ride. She saw the dew start to form on the leaves and she stopped her horse, "We stop here. The horses are tired." she took out a piece of bread and munched on it. As she looked into the sky she saw many clouds of smoke. Not telling the others, she jumped up into a tree and climbed till she could see where it was coming from. It was a town. All the chimneys were smoking and she heard the clank clanking of hammers, "Blacksmiths... strange." but as she watched on she saw a large house. Men came out all wearing simple clothes but very clean and sharp. The blacksmith shop doors were opened. Barrels of swords were brought out as the men got into straight lines. Little boys came out and polished the swords as others handed them to each man. A fellow dressed in a little more high class clothes came out and unsheathed his sword. Barking orders at them they all marched around and practiced different moves with their swords, "What in all the world?" Nae-eriol thought to herself. Then 4 men went on each side of them holding a flag. It was the rebel flag. Nae-eriol jumped down, "Sh! Everyone quiet. We are walking into the town of the rebels. They despise everyone except their fellow rebels. They treat their women like bugs on the ground. The journey around it is as hard as going through the place. Guards patrol all around the town as far as the sea. We'll have to go around but by night and very carefully. We must wait here till night fall."

Jaimes groaned, but slumped to the ground, offering no other complaint. Suddenly he sat bolt upright. "Hey, can we go join them?" There was a long and very drawn out silence. Jaimes considered his companions, and then smacked his forehead. "I'm sorry. I forgot the rest of you were women..." He stopped talking. With Amaya glaring, Nae-eriol and Silvamore shaking their heads, and Amy ignoring him, he figured his best bet was to be quiet. "I was just thinking about going through the town, rather then around." He considered for a moment, and then said to the apparent expert on rebels, Nae-eriol, "How do you get to be one of them?"

She walked off her form diseapering in the night,She pulled herself away from people alot..and soon she wound up at a stable..her large horse looked at everyone and snorted and walked off in the same direction she did tossing his head..He was much like his master a loner

Nae-eriol sat in the tree, "Be careful Amaya, we really don't need them to know we're here!" she rolled her eyes at Jaimes, "You would have to walk through the main entrance and completely surrender yourself and stay in their prison area for about two weeks, or a month, so they know who you are. But of course they wouldn't put you immediately in the army. You would most likely start off taking care of horses, polishing swords, and being a flag boy. You have to train for about a year to be a gate spy, two or three to be an outside gate spy, and about five to be a complete soldier. Now if the person improved over everyone else in his group and showed amazing strength and cu-operation, they would excel faster." she jumped down from her post to Jaimes and whispered, "But don't get any ideas."

Silvamore smirked at Jaimes. It was obvious that he was curious. "So, Jaimes," she said, "got any history? Or are you as seretive as that Amaya, or Nae-eriol and me? I don't have anyone after me myself, I just think that if any of us are being followed, the rest should know. It's only fair, right?"

Nae-eriol had taken Amy on a little walk not to far away from the camp, "So how do you like it here Amy?" "I think its exciting to go on these adventurous trips!" Amy smiled. "Remember, this is going to be a long trip and you might not be able to go back to any homeland you ever had, unless it is to save it." Nae-eriol cocked her head to the side and turned. She saw a man approaching, seeming to not see them. Nae-eriol clasped her hand over Amy's mouth, picked her up and swiftly, without a sound, hoisted on up into a tree. The man went around humming while four more men came after him, "Lets get back to our posts," one said, "because the master will whip us and start us back as shoe polishers. Then we will be mocked by William Dell. That stupid senseless ol' coot. He walks around with that arrogant face on and shoes everyone out of his way." Nae-eriol cringed at the name. She had a flash back of this man beating her and kicking her. Her heart pounded and wish those men would just go away so she could go and disappear. That man had killed her friends and nearly killed her. She hated him with all her heart. Amy looked at Nae-eriol with a puzzled face and sat still. Finally, they were gone. Nae-eriol jumped down and ran back to camp with Amy following her. Nae-eriol dropped to her knees when she got back and turned white. All the flash backs of her friends being killed right in front of her face, and she just being young and helpless, was tied up and left to watch as their bodies were dragged away. She came out of the flash back. She buried her face in her hands and wept till the last bit of strength was tugged out of her by the awful images. She blacked out.

"Nae-eriol? Nae-eriol, come on! Wake up!" Silvamore said, drizzling water onto Nae-eriol's face, "It figures something like this would happen. She shouldn't have come back to this place! So foolish, the things that we do. Oh Nae-eriol, will you ever learn self-restraint? She was prisoner here, you know. That awful man....that horrible---yes, we all have memories of our nasty past, and Nae-eriol's are no different when it comes to haunting us."
