What do you gus think of the relese of the new DVD's? I think it's just for New Line to get more money, but then again I would like to own them! Must... have.... everything... lotr! check 'em out here... www.dvdactive.com/news/releases/lord-of-the-rings6.htmlwhat do you guys think?

Weird, I didn't even hear about that. But I think they sound pretty awesome. Never before seen footage and both the cut version and the extended! I usually watch the extended myself, but every now and then I don't have the time, so that would be pretty neat to own.

that's true, and that new documentary would kinda be cool to see, but it seems like it's too soon for a new release.
Nice artwork on those though.

I dont know if I will buy it. I do think it's a little to soon. There is plenty of documenterys in the EE's out at the moment to keep people busy. What else is there possibly to share with us.
I'm a mug though so i'll probably end up with it

For now, the extended editions are the definitive dvds. Im glad i didnt waste my money on these.... maybe a high definition lotr..
