Well? Who's your favorite villain? Mine would have to be either Gothmog Lord of Balrogs, or Carcharoth. Both are just, evily awesome. Then comes the Witch King of Angmar.

Definently Glaurung. I just love that character. Having a thing for dragons, he is so intriguing.
Gothmog and Carcharoth are very close though.

For me any villian on the first age is the best, but going with the lord of evil has to be melkor (prefer saying melkor, morgoth is too elvish) haha

I'd have to say that the Witch king is my Favorite. One, he is creepy. Two, he rides a nazgul, which is pretty frightening by itself. Three, he wears black, a good villain color.

I like Glaurung. Because, he is a dragon. 'Nuff said. But besides that, he is crafty and lazy and big and dangerous, and he messed up the children of Húrin. and I didn't really like the children of Húrin, cause Beleg Strongbow died. He was cool.

I've voted for Morgoth
not because he is my favorite villain (I actually don't have one) but he is interesting, because he had so much power and choosed to be evil
